All you need is Gordon Tipple and Alex MacQueen! Yes they count. Tipple was a result of the Producer not casting Ainley because he didn't want to contradict the generally accepted notion in media at the time that Ainley regenerated somehow into a new Master, and Big Finish's MacQueen counts on value that it is what the BBC advertises the most in DWM when the show is not airing and is actually in a canonical "grey area".
Wasn’t Tipple’s Master meant to be the Master from the VNA books, or am I just confused here? Idk, the Master has so many different contradictory post-Survival fates it’s tricky to keep track. I just imagine the contradictions were caused by the Time Lord higher-ups meddling around in his timeline when they resurrected him to fight in the Time War.

M is a code letter for the head of the British Secret Intelligence Service. I never said she owned MI6, noone can own MI6, her job was to be in charge and run it. M was a slightly more public figure and would deal with politicians and suchalike. Agents were the workers lower down the chain, especially the ones that go out into the field.

I prefer the one with the crispy master, cause he is the last incarnation of the master, some people say that he is roger delgado, but doorway to hell tells otherwise since we see him regenerate at the end of the novel.
If anything, Ainley seems to *dominate* the final "classic" face, despite appearing nearly absent from the two intermediate faces. Funny how linear interpolation works.
The ones with Crispy included, especially the Delgado/Crispy one, look sick. The idea of stopping the Simm-Gomez transformation halfway through is great! That one is my personal favorite too. That makes me wonder what the average face of the Master or the Doctor would be like if only about a half of the incarnations were men. In any case, I'd probably like the average look because it would be very androgynous.

Though they're mostly female, there's a higher ration of male:female than there is of female:male in this Master version, so that should be interesting.

Time Lords get 12 regenerations. The Master tried to beat the limit and ended up looking like the brother the Crypt Keeper never talks about. See the classic era serial 'The Deadly Assassin' for Crispy!Master's first appearance, and 'The Keeper of Traken' for the last appearance.

Morphs were done in WinMorph (ancient bit of free software that I personally really like despite it being a decade or so out of date...) and a lot of manipulation was done in Photoshop. Everything was combined together in Sony Vegas.

'Crispy' and Delgado are the same incarnation, it is canon. So the Master actually looked like the Delgado-Crispy mix at one point.
