The Ordinary does everything right. Over the last 6 months I've converted all my (carefully curated) skincare to their line, and love it all. TH-cam is straining at comparisons but the flat fact is they produce epic quality in chic, clinical formats without the gasping BS. What often hikes the cost in skincare is the research, and over the years the need for that has waned -- we know what works now. High recommend on their entire line.

I appreciate the lighting of your videos especially for check ins. Too many others have filters and it makes it difficult to see products and it sets unrealistic expectations. I loved this in depth review! It seems like a great buy considering you get 1 ounce for $8. Elf only gives you half an ounce in their Beautifully Bare Foundation for $8. The Ordinary here I come!
I wore this for the first time today and I had some oxidizing. it wasn't overt color change, I think only someone who is super observant or a makeup addict would noticed. I really liked the coverage and I found the beauty blender worked best too. it just struck me as totally illogical that a damp sponge would do so well given its watery nature.
It does contain sunblock but regulations for what qualifies as sunblock are extremely in strict in the US, the UK, and Canada. If they advertised it as containing sunblock in those regions it would have to be reformulated to pass FDA, CFDA, etc.. requirements.
I am overall a huge fan of serum foundations, most people think coverage is light but you really do get a nice medium. I can't wait to try this when they restock! Your skin looks amazing BTW, and I can't believe you live in Vegas! That place is HOT!

A Deciem B&M store is opening in my office building downtown Toronto and I can't wait to see these foundations in person! I'm very excited to pick up both the serum & foundation! I was thinking of getting 2.0N too but I'm more of a medium tone - there's no neutral tone for the medium colors! Would you say you're a light-medium skintone?
I am more of light to light-medium tone. The 2.0 borders on being too dark for me, and probably will be in the winter. I think it may be too light for you though. A friend of mine got this foundation too, and thought the colors ran warm, so it may be safer to get one that's cooler vs warmer, if you're neutral. Hope that helps!
Oh - they're very different. If I had to choose only one, I prefer the Glossier. The coverage is very sheer which is something I prefer on an everyday basis. The Ordinary foundations have much more coverage.

I've purchased the shades that are supposed to match me... either they are to yellow or to orange. Thumbs down for me.
