    Hi friends! Today I am sharing the process that I use to make my own farmhouse cheddar cheese at home! Please leave me a comment with any questions you have or tell me how yours turns out! Don't forget to store your cheese somewhere that is around 12 degrees Celsius after or store in your crisper or cheese cave. Below I have listed below some resources for cheese making supplies.
    I am recently diagnosed with AL Amyloidosis and have just recently had a heart transplant. This is where I document my medical journey as well as all things on our homestead.     Thanks so much I really enjoyed watching the whole process,from making your own culture to making the cheese. I just have one question where do you store your vacuum sealed cheese well, it’s aging. 😊 41:12

      Thanks so much for watching. I hope your cheese turns out great to answer your question. I store it in the drawer in my refrigerator and in the winter I stored it in my cold root cellar after I vacuum sealed it!
