Limitorque Electric Actuator Feedback Adjustment

Adjusting a closed limit on a Limitorque actuator to stop leak-by on a high-pressure feed-water (2300psi) line at a combined cycle power plant. For testing, the line pressure was 387 psi. Stay tuned to catch my trick to extract a broken bolt at the end!
