@linkyoo i do not remember about the nes version but i remember reading comments that say that the ds japanese version had a lot of chat and text that was removed to due lazyness
Must be because the party chat was removed in american and european versions of DQIV DS, because of that , part of the atmosphere of the history is passed, thank god that in DQV DS they've kept that.

This song represent's perfectly the Hero's feelings and it fits so well that is precious but sad at the time, another masterpiece!

I believe this song was also in Dragon warrior Monsters ( My favorite of the series ) But this is beautiful
