@@RentonElric85 this is just alternate version of the original Eureka but... In this movie, its revealed that Charles, Ray, Eureka and the other are just fiction characters were pulled out from video game to the Real World, like Re:CREATORS.
If Renton is dead, yes, because Eureka accident killed him by sallow him into her green arms.
Because mastermind, Dawaz said "Fiction".
Plus, this movie did not give us explanation about Anemone and the other four whether they are fiction character or real human. It's disappointed.
@@RentonElric85 if I'm not mistaken. Since the episode where eureka when to a coma or something like that (i didn't really watch the series) Renton is already dead and every episode after that is just Eureka's dream

in game sumner was at the level of a SOF, and here it's an avarage soldier that runs away from the only person he could take hostage to survive, i can't get it
Because writter and studio changed in this series (hi evo) because Dai Sato (Eureka's original writer) goes to write for Netflix anime adaptasions. While Dai Sato interprets the series with a different perspective, the new studio; They destroy the story by writing that everything that happens in the Psalm world of Eureka Seven series and Ao series is Eureka, who takes advantage of her scub coral powers, saying that everything was a dream and none of them happened anyway. but why? Why would anyone make choices that would ruin the course of an already popular series like this?

@@ArcDarkteasersThis trilogy is a huge missed opportunity. I could let Hi-Evo 1 slide since they still delivered some new stuff and promised for pretty much a faithful remake of the rest of the series with some new original content, but then they took the Rebuild of Evangelion route for the last two movies and it felt like a whiplash of story and tone. Say what you will about the Rebuild series, but they kept the same crew and tried to keep the series consistent despite multiple hiatuses and change in plans for story. This? This feels like a mess and a betrayal of the original series. I know fans consider AO the worst thing about this series, but this feels worse because they promised us a remake that would only have a third act that is original to this trilogy, not a remake with reused footage for the first film and then discount Rebuild of Eva for the second and third films. And the end credits for Hi-Evo 1 showed footage fans wanted to see, a remake of the Holland and Beams fight, Eureka and Renton reuniting with the island subplot from later in the OG anime (and more development of their relationship), Anemone being introduced as our third main protagonist who would also be a antagonist, etc. Nothing of that happened. I haven’t seen Anemone in it’s entirely, but I heard that movie says that everything Eureka Seven related is no longer canon (?) alongside the original anime, which if that is the case, that’s pretty lame. This trilogy was supposed to come out back to back in the span of three years. Was it always going to end up like this? Hi-Evo 3 was supposed to come out in 2019. It didn’t came out until 2021/2022. What happened? What was the goal of this trilogy? Again, I hate comparing this with Rebuild, but they feel too identical and we know that Anno planned that series as a retelling and even if it departed from the original series in the last two films, they still retold the entire original series and film. What was the point of the Hi-Evo series? First they said a remake. Then a reboot of sorts. And then we got whatever this is. What’s the point for this trilogy?
