The steps to safe a person/animal from a car in germany in a way that protects you legaly is first look for the owner, if you can't find them in a reasonable time you can proceed to check if the doors are locked. If the doors are locked you are allowed to break 1 window. Important is to always break the window furthest away from the person/animal to reduce the risk of injury. 19:51 This is epic! I gotta pay for a rent payment portal, you know the one designed to "help", then I have to pay a $9.99 transaction fee everytime I use the thing I pay for already. 😡
At 30:32 my highschool had a thing to get cards to buy groceries with if students needed The cards were government funded to help families in need. My friend needed in order to be able to eat dinner some nights and they cut him off of the money after it was used one time. He was forced to rely on other people. I even gave him money to spend on groceries whenever I could when I found out that they did that. Calling and asking to get more money on the card didn't do anything either. School lunch and breakfast was free. It's sad how some schools get programs that fail some students in need of it eventually.
When you bury someone, you pay for a fee that covers upkeep forever. They're supposed to charge enough that the interest on it will pay for the upkeep without ever needing to charge you again. That's still not a huge amount, as the upkeep costs are low and you're only paying for the cost of the burial itself and the tiny portion of the upkeep of a few square feet. There are a few enforcement tools, since an ordinary lawsuit isn't going to help much. The amount of money isn't that much and your money damages are pretty small. First, mishandling a dead loved one is one of the few times you can sue for emotional distress without any other harm. Normally, emotional distress has to be an add on to other harms, but not in this case. Also, the state government enforces these things. They don't do much regularly, but when there are complaints, they investigate and have a lot of power to fix things. As for exhuming a body, you need a court order. The family can generally get one if there's a good reason. But you can't just show up at the cemetery and ask for the body back to cremate.
I’ve got one. I use free Spotify. I have the setting for it to play music that isn’t on the playlist turned OFF AT ALL TIMES because if it isn’t on my playlist, there’s a good chance I don’t want to hear it. Yet, every time I go out of service for even A SECOND, it acts like the setting is turned on and it takes HOURS of toggling things on and off and closing tabs and turning my phone completely off and on again to fix it. For context, if a song is too slow or is a certain genre or is anything other than what I have on my playlist in general, it infuriates me because there’s a select amount of songs I like and that’s IT. Anything else and after so long I will lose my mind and there isn’t enough coffee on the planet to fix it. I don’t know if this is a musician problem or a free Spotify user problem or I’m just crazy but it makes me SO mad.💀

Some companies ask customers to destroy their product/s if the customer is trying to get a refund because the person could be lying and get their money back for something expensive, like for a water cooler if it doesn’t work they might ask you to destroy the cord or a part of it to get a refund.

30:33, ,i can safely say that free lunches are still a thing, and they use them beneficially for kids too like reduced pay for some things (depends on the district though I think)
I'm not defending the nurses who killed that old woman with chicken soup. They're professionals and should either know better or, I dunno, double check things when someone's life is on the line, but I will say... Considering elderly people may have many things wrong with them at the same time, it's not impossible that this woman was on IV antibiotics or saline drip while also on her feeding tube for a clear liquid diet and some nurse got the tubes confused. Feeding tubes are usually larger, but for a clear liquid only diet, it's possible they used a smaller tube to be less obstructive. HOWEVER! When injecting into what I am assuming was the IV drip (tube that would go to the bloodstream) that's not, like, a straight shot into the arm. So a good nurse would be, you know... watching where that was going and see after a squeeze or two of the syringe "Oh crap, that's the wrong tube, that's the IV!" And, you know. Clamp the line and remove the contaminated line before any of the soup went into her bloodstream. It's also possible, since I haven't read the article, that the chicken soup syringe wasn't prepped for intravenous injection, because, you know, it's supposed to go into a feeding tube, so there was air in it and that's what killed her because any air at all entering your blood stream, even a tiny bubble the size of a pin head, can do massive damage and kill. But, again, as a nurse that gets paid to take care of people, even if you pick up the wrong tube by mistake, how do you NOT REALIZE before the soup and/or air is in the patient's body that it's the WRONG TUBE? Like, I could 100% see a layperson making that mistake. Medical tubes aren't exactly color-coded and easily distinguished, though in most cases it's pretty clear which tube is the feeding tube. I would forgive, say, a family member for making that mistake. But there's no excuse for a nurse. But I am just trying to clarify that this is probably negligent homocide, not murder, or at least not an act of malice. I think it was a dumb mistake. But what I am saying is it's not a clear cut thing of injecting something directly into the arm like a flu shot. It was two similar tubes and someone got their wires crossed. But they were a professional and should have known better.

0:12 Not even 20 seconds in and I'm already infuriated with this poor excuse of a man. Instead of understanding that his wife is undergoing labor and cannot physically cook and ordering takeout, but no, he had to make that tweet about how he has to do order takeout and how has to do it because he's wife is in labor.
Yeaaaaah.
Even if it was meant as a joke, it's a terrible joke.
it was a joke 😭 he doesnt expect his wife to cook because thats almost physically impossible 😓 im sure he doesnt care if he has to order takeaway
@@waterhater idk why but your comment made me vividly remember this time a dude brought his entire gaming set up to the hospital like headset and all while his wife gave birth in the background and if I remember correctly the dude was playing Fortnite I would give anything in the world to see the original caption for that pic 😂
I think he meant it as a joke, he doesn’t actually expect her to cook, the “delivery” pun of both takeout food and childbirth was very intentional
IT. IS. A. JOKE. Get off the internet, friendo, your skin is so thin I can see that you suffer from tiny-heart syndrome straight through your ribcage.
1:16:07 Theat child is gonna be grounded until the day they move out. I would be furious. Hope the couple can resolve it.
FR the steamdeck is actually rlly good, i have the 1tb version and its amazingly fun
“Get hit by a blimp” took me out 😂
11:58 - There's a clear-coat that you can use to cover up murals like this to prevent vandalism. Def something to look into next time.
15:48
Bro needs a new calendar bc that has two 21s 😭💀
17:29 "They can get in anywhere"
...including a locked safe ?
(leaves to plan his puppy safecracker band)
6:18 i’m listening to this in the background while i have my dinner and got junpscared when you mentioned brisbane but i 100% agree, what a bloody joke
To get back at your upstairs neighbors, set up a karaoke machine and invite your friends to a 3 am beatboxing session, gangnam style.
only Robin could laugh at this subreddit😂
8:00 valve doesn't officially sell the steamdeck on Amazon. Like it says the brand is valve, but it doesn't mean they're distributing it.
16:52 😂 I'm sure goD has more important issues with the Church to discuss. This isn't even their most blatant capitalism.
Someone literally exploded the little library 2 doors down from my parents' house. It was July 4th and they woke up to a huge explosion, went outside to see what happened and there were tiny pieces of wood and shredded books EVERYWHERE.
I'm gonna watch all of this
1:44 And we act like Adobe hasn’t always been this shitty. They’re charging like who gives a shit a month to where if your new animation job doesn’t want to cover the cost of your yearly subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, you might as well just quit, because you aren’t getting paid enough to afford it, let alone rent and food.
00:1:04 Imagine walking to Lego land or where ever the exhibit is to see a really cool sculpture and you get there just in time to see a snot nosed crotch goblin pushing it over
21 hours. This is the quickest I’ve gotten to one of these videos. (That is sad.)
Taking a picture of a sedated lion is not animal abuse. Animal abuse is being violent towards animals. God, how stupid!
35:32 same, someone once revealed my ENTIRE LOCATION and i reported it and tiktok said “nO tHiS iS fInE”, even all my family members that have TikTok did, they haven’t gotten banned
1:38:55 I live in irvine. The hangar wasn't scrapped, it burned down.
19:51 This is epic! I gotta pay for a rent payment portal, you know the one designed to "help", then I have to pay a $9.99 transaction fee everytime I use the thing I pay for already. 😡
21:11 Dawg what worker finds a warm, discolored bottle in the parking lot & goes "huh I'll put this in the store fridge display rq"
1:55:41 wow prices today are high, also emkay you are my favorite youtuber (every one of the narrators)
39:27 that cut-off ☠️
I have watched 1 minute of it and I'm already infuriated.
3:01 best option here, is to reach up and give the foot a little tickle. Itll retract instantly.
21:30 company putting random stuff back on the self they just happen to find outside is at fault here.
35:09: I used to work at a ShopKo until they closed our doors for good, and it would always iritate the hell out of me when parents let their kids run around the store unchecked!
@44:29 Me: spends 5 minutes looking at pic trying to see how IPhone users are getting screwed... Oh it's a stock photo...Too baked for this...🤣🤣
7:19 i had a 2 minute UNSKIPABLE AD on TH-cam once
this channel is singlehandedly keeping my notifications alive
1:08:31 in case you actually never got an answer: that looks the cooler to me. Not completely sure what they are holding, but my guess is it’s either the arm that keeps the cpu in place broken off, or maybe a piece of something else?
I like your videos mostly.. but using things like massive flashing or spiraling words such as at 52:52 needs to be stated somewhere before they happen. These are things that can cause issues for some viewers.. I know this may fit for some of your videos, but.. you should protect yourself as well as your viewers with disclaimers before it becomes an issue
4:29 This is based on my experience here in Sweden but I would guess it applies in other countries as well. Find a local shoemaker! Had a zipper break on my leather jacket years ago, they fixed it for a cheap price and it’s still as new.
Some companies ask customers to destroy their product/s if the customer is trying to get a refund because the person could be lying and get their money back for something expensive, like for a water cooler if it doesn’t work they might ask you to destroy the cord or a part of it to get a refund.
37:08 one nice thing about usb-c is both devices do a hand shake to see what power they need and what they can deliver.
How does this not have 1k likes already??
@51:10 A loan getting rejected hurts your credit score, for some insane reason, and sometimes it can be pretty severe
16:59 they typically do this for funding the rebuilding of the cathedral
Best argument against the feet on the plane seat is that they didn’t buy a ticket for that seat you did so they have no claim to any part of it even letting them use the tray is a kindness.
IM LAUGHING SO HARD I WAS DRAWING BFDI CHARACTERS KISSING (COUGH COUGH gelafirey COUGH COUGH) AND I HEARD "THERE IS LITERAL P E E COMING OUT OF MY W A L L . *AAAAAAA*-" AND I STARTED CACKLING
Incredibly Infuriating: youtube recommending videos that I've already watched, recently or otherwise
Homeless human's are just as important as not homeless human's: Not one bit
By the second minute I was already enraged by this.
I dont know about the sleeves, maybe its so they can say that they destroyed the jacket, thus not getting a refund or as another comment suggested, its to prevent the company getting scammed
Nobody can have finished it by now
16:44 I mean, he did give you a mega BITE of storage!
0:02 lol this reminds me of that stand from part 4 that was stuck on Rohan’s back
Destroying a product for a refund/replacement is to insure the customer can’t double dip
can’t have your cake, and eat it too
1:14:33 people like this are the reason why there’s so much trash in the ocean
I am extremely infuriated because it’s only 2 hours not 5
the sequel to mildly infuriating
I am so super very overly extremely infuriated right now, so infuriated, the most infuriated.
11:19 I've not watched anything Ghibli but to whom ever graffitied the mural. I'm going to find my belt. YOUR NEXT WHEN I DO
1:10:44 No, "Public restroom" means that it is available to the public, not that it is paid for with your taxes. Most of them are just private companies that run these things. People are cleaning up your crap, they don't deserve payment?
12:30 that is the entire reason why Mark Rober made the glitter bomb.
Gas prices in South Africa are like R7000 or $400 to be exact
24:10 ... That shit be totalled, that B pillar is ruined oof
11:50 why are we assuming that “less fortunate” people were responsible for that? Not to mention this being used as an excuse to not care about them. I love Emkay but this take was dumb.
agreed big time
