How to Grill Irresistible BBQ Pork Chops and Mini Potatoes!

Irresistible BBQ Pork Chops grilled over lump oak charcoal on the Santa Maria style grill! What's better than that? Add some grilled little potatoes! I'll show you "how to" from start to finish. I'll be using Meat Church seasoning for a rub, and basting on some Stubs Sticky Sweet BBQ Sauce near the end of the cook for some of the most flavor filled pork chops you've ever had. I'm grilling with B&B lump oak on the Old Country BBQ Pits grill. Join me for a mouth watering open fire cook. Smells so good!!!
