Can someone explain it in a simpler way? just step by step on how to do it. Without the rest of the confusing stuff. I couldn't do it.

Oops...We didn't find any table. Create a table with a title in your Notion (if at the moment it doesn't have one), or try reconnecting your Notion account
Can this notion form be embed onto my Wordpress website? So my customers can submit forms from my website?
is there a way for it to autorefresh? so you can enter more forms without refreshing the page?
Won't work with a table created in a sub page or indeed any sub pages?
if you dont want the database to be visible to people who submit the form on that page what dyu do?
Do the embed at the bottom of the the notion page (workspace) where you created your website.
