Hi Gracie! I have shifted to the UK in January and I would be going to school in September so I just wanted to know that is it easy to make friends in Britain as I am nervous
Kavya Bammi Hi Kavya, I wish you the best of luck for when you start school in September! The only tip I really have is to just be yourself and you will make friends! 💕
I know I’m not Gracie but since I’m English I will tell you- Ok so teachers in the UK are pretty strict and yeah- idk what else to say Yes there are fights but honestly I haven’t experienced any since I moved from London 2 yrs ago and before like when I was in school everyone loved unicorns so- Hope this answers your question
Hey Gracie! I really need a small help. I'm moving to st. JOHN'S WOOD on 31st July 2022, and I've never been to uk . I'm in 9th grade right now and I'd be joining a school there in Britain and I'm a indian, I really feel nervous for going to school I just want to ask, Are schools very strict out there? And is the syllabus really tough?
Hey gall, trust me you will be fine! I can imagine that joining a new school and living in a new country will be so nerve racking but don’t worry. All you have to do is put yourself out there and be you - if people don’t like that, then all you have to do is move on to other people until you find your perfect friends :).. the learning at school is ok- just make sure to keep on top of things and honestly you will be fine!!! I wish you the best of luck and if you have any more questions or even just want advice, feel free to ask!!!!
I get to choose whether or not I want to move to England. I was just wondering whether the work in 9th grade is hard? I currently live in Asia and have lived here all my life and people here don't speak English (although I am english) I go to an international school where we study english but I'm scared that the work may be harder in england and i'm pretty much failing school (barley passing) so I was just wondering whether or not you think the work there is hard. If you live in England, please do tell me your experiences i'd really appreciate that! Thank you :)
I'm moving to Britain in a few months and I'd be joining right in 9th grade. I'm extremely nervous as I've never been to the UK before and I really don't want to be bullied for not being British and having a different accent. I know not everyone is bad but there's always a few rotten apples. I've been seeing so many British school vlogs. I'm really scared but excited too. Really scared cos I actually have no clue what in hell GCSEs are and there's so much notoriety surrounding them. Excited cos I can finally bring electronics to school (it's forbidden in my side of the world) Just thought I'd share cos it's always better to share it on the internet :) if you're British, please do tell me your experiences as I really don't want to jump into this blind. :))
I hope you all enjoyed this video!! Xx
