jamie Rance The hardest part is aquiring 18 linkable vulcan belts. The second hardest part is feeding then successfully into the blaster without a jam, and if it fires at its maximum rate it would come in at 2 minutes 30 seconds if it does not jam and the fire rate is not a lie at 3 darts per second.

Non-theoretically, it takes longer. I ran 3 tests myself and didn't get a time less than 44 seconds. You can't hand-wave away the effect of agitation delay in a hopper-fed system, it does make a difference.
Coop's time with all those magazine reloads is actually pretty impressive.
