Yes, that's true, but I guess it's easier to inject the CSS through JS and on the final version it will probably be able to write correct-language code.
What is target audience and purpose of this tool? Changes are not in code so you cant save it. Most pages are build in frameworks so this kind of direct modifications dont realy work. Is this new era of "my nephew can do this for $5 in 2 hours"?

I guess this is just a start and this will become an asistent for devs. For me it's bad because it's generate JS to modify CSS.
