Thank you so much for this video,it is soooo much time saving I just started styling my curls and was worried about why it doesn't look good and the time it's taking
Hey i m confused when to comb?? After applying cream or after the gel ? Or afer applying both the products then we can comb??? And which method will suit for wavy hair ??
Such a detailed video 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 simply superb.... I have been using this leave in n m loving it...I have been doing raking n brush styling for quite some time....m trying to master shingling it time taking n needs practice....however I gave up on scrunching long back...just after the initial months....I realised it gives me a lot of fizz..
Its so important to try and fail at new things!♥️ fortunately our hair is quite forgiving and lets us experiment without any setbacks💕 i used to love scrunching my curls but curl pattern was naturally loose back then and now my hair hates scrunching hehw
All the methods are superb. I haven't tried shingling yet. I just put my head upside down. Rake in products and apply gel in praying hands method and then brush out all my hair with a bit of creating tension and then scruch a bit. I feel it is the most easy method if we don't have much time. It works for me 😁 want to try shingling. Pata nahi kab muharat niklega 😅

Hi Prashasti, so glad you found it helpful🥹♥️ Is it due to tanning that you have uneven skintone? Also I would suggest you to stay away from home remedies they only ruin skin. What is your age (for my reference)
Hi! If you wash everyday then you might not like the idea of alternate day washing but let me tell you watering hair everyday is not healthy for hair. Our hair’s hydrogen bonds break everytime we bring them in contact with water and make up again while they dry. So try to do it alternate day. For sweat - open your hair and let your scalp dry. Use a blow dryer on cool setting if required or just ceiling fan is enough. If scalp feels oily after drying then some dry shampoo would help soaking it off. Then do whatever it is required be it tying or refreshing curls. It’s important to dry the sweat
1- no never not at all! Why wasting all the effort by combing it off 😭 2- yes you can but its optional and doesnt suit everyone. Might make hair look oily and stringy
I didn’t under ‘flies back into normal position’ 🥲 as in doesnt curl? Genuinely didn’t understand the question here Also finger coiling is very time consuming with average results.I’ll suggest you learn other styling techniques
Hi Deepika, first of all really love your content and detailed videos ❤ I recently started my hair care routine by seeing your videos, loved the results but my hairs are still frizzy can you please tell how to fix these.. also can we use hair cream instead of leave in conditioner? I've been using curl up curl defining cream.
Hi yes you can use either leave in or cream both are almost same. Learn the difference here th-cam.com/users/shortsoQzlL-Hd4D8?feature=share Why your hair is frizzy can have a lot of reasons..like a lottttt of them! 1. Not styling properly 2. Not using enough water while styling 3. Not using enough product 4. Product isnt enough moisturising 5. Living in humid area and not using gel 6. Disturbing and touching hair or tying hair 7. Sleeping on cotton instead of satin Can be many other reasons. Since you have started recently I would suggest you to not bother about frizz just keep learning styling and observing likes and dislikes of your hair. Takes time with new things♥️
Hey! Thank you for such a lovely detailed video! I had a question! If we are using a styling brush, should we not use the brush again to redefine the clumps after applying the gel? Thanks again for the video!
Hi so you can choose to do it whenever your hair likes it but only once. Either 1- apply all stylers one after the other and define curls with brush at the end or 2- Leave-In or cream and then define clumps and then apply gel in a way that clumps are not disturbed - that’s why praying hands. I have always done method1 but lately liking method2 more. Try and see what works for your hair better ♥️
Nice videos love the details Could you please recommend for people living outside of India as the live and planet rice water and Angelica seed oil is not available. Could you please suggest!
Hi thank you♥️ see it depends where you live and what products are available there. You can instead go for whats easily available there and follow the same process ♥️
Hey! I have 2a/2b wavy fine low porosity hair. Will LBP leave in be good for me? I've used Schwarzkopf peptide cream serum before and i loved it. I'm hoping to switch things up a little
Hey Deepthi, the leave in should totally work for you - you might have to experiment with the quantity first few times though like we do with any new product. I am saying this because the leave-in is light weight and didnt make hair feel or look oily even with larger quantities and that’s what fine hair needs. Start with small quantity first. However, curl pattern, wavy/curly & porosity- these characteristics do not help in identifying if a product will suit us or not. Low porosity is healthy hair by the way since cuticles are so well intact. This playlist will also help th-cam.com/play/PLkJX0lRzFjDhGy0aE-FuZ8vnzN-E43Hiq.html

Hey DC😄 You mention in the description that you don't recommend avoiding certain ingredients, I have a feeling that silicones will suit me but I don't know how to avoid it building up. And also tresseme shampoo and conditioner has given me great hair - even though it is not cg friendly but it suits my hair - but I wanted to know is it unhealthy for my curls that are recovering from heat damage ? I also wanted to know what oils you would recommend for sotc for fine hair (or can I use a silicone serum?) A word of appreciation for the video- It is a 12 min video but behind it are days and weeks of your time and effort in addition to your daily life and routine 🤩 (And ofc such long comments that you have to answer 🤭)
Silicones are absolutely fine for curly hair. All the fear mongering regarding silicones is based on pseudoscience. If your hair likes silicones keep using them. Don't change what's working for you. My hair LOVES silicone. Yes, silicone can cause build up, just like any other emollient like oils, butters, polyquats, quats etc. (The curly hair community never mentions that the later can cause build up too, they only blame silicone). To get rid of build-up, use a clarifying shampoo like Pantene lively clean. Shampoo with higher pH are excellent for clarifying (keep in mind they can be stripping). Use a clarifying shampoo according to your hair's needs. I use a clarifying shampoo twice a month. Silicones are actually good for damaged hair as they build a slippery coating around the strands, protecting it from environmental aggressors. I know you didn't ask me, but I hope you found it helpful 🙂
First of all- thank you for recognising the ‘behind the scenes’ 😭♥️ means a lot to me when someone tried to understand even a bit of it🥹♥️ lots of love💕 Coming to your question - Buildup is not as common as we have made it to be! I have used silicones, sulphates, avoided them for 5-6 years, now continued them and the only things that gave me heavy buildup were months of continuous usage of shampoo bars (no sulphates no silicones) and prescription dandruff control shampoo. I didn’t clarify in between was my mistake (clarifying means washing hair with a deep cleaning squeaky cleaning shampoo). Buildup happens on fine hair more frequently as compared to coarse hair and not just because of certain ingredients but more so due to hair habits like using lots of oil or using little amount of shampoo or only cowashing or only using shampoo on scalp not on length…habits like these are unhealthy for hair as well as scalp. As for you please keep using whatever works for your scalp and hair. Just dont make of using a wrong product like a conditioner with minimal or no slip (that will not untangle hair leading to breakage) or using wrong shampoo (using strong shampoo on very dry hair or dry scalp). Just keep these in mind. If ever required to clarify hair just use a strong shampoo and you are good. For SOTC - its not mandatory to use oil you can use satin fabric or dry hands to soften gel cast. If required you can use a drop or two of any hair serum or light weight oil ( NOT olive or coconut or castor oil)
@@preetidas9511 you're right about the emollient build up And there are so many cg products but finding the right one takes time and effort (and money) which I don't intend to spend now. Thank you so much
Hi. As u suggested after olaplex we should use protine mask. Requill hair mask is out of stock everywhere. I will be thank ful if u suggest substitute of tht
We can use whichever shampoo suits our hair and scalp. Curly hair shampoos are usually made to be conditioning because curly hair is assumed to be dry in every case but its not the case plus conditioning shampoos dont do well with oily scalp or dermatitis prone scalp. Basically get a shampoo according to your scalp and hair type - its work is to clean hair and scalp

Thank U SO MUCH for yr prompt reply....
Hi! Yes I have denser hair and yes you are right thin hair is difficult because most curl styling dont work for them - reason - thick clumpy curls make it look like really less hair. The key to low density hair is- thin yet defined clumps. For that you can do shingling method. I guess it would be the best for you because it gives the best definition and you can control the clump size. Takes time for me because so much hair to shingle but in your case it will be faster. Make thin clumps. Frizz will be less this way too. Brushes also give clumpy curls not as much as bowl method though. You can either try denman (that gives thin clumps) or wide tooth comb or shingling. I have videos on all of this - comparing brushes, shingling method in two languages. I am also bringing two really useful videos this week on curly hair routine, products and styling technique for fine low density hair. You will really like it
I haven’t used myself but according to what they have the tea tree one should work. Talking about proper dandruff here not dry flaky scalp - both arent same♥️
Its a good habit to do so as leave in conditioners keep hair very moisturised thus avoiding split ends. Very little would be enough But..it wont turn pin straight hair into curly

Okay understood now when can we use mask.. Very confused.. First shampoo then conditioner after that leave in conditioner or curl cream And you have said in many videos gel is also important.. do we have to use gel after leave in conditioner.. Thinking of buying whole range this you have shown.. is it good?? @Deepika joshi
Hair mask is an alternative of conditioner. Conditioners are light to medium conditioning. Hair masks are highly conditioning. Not everyone needs hair mask and is recommended more for coarse hair for frequent use. Buy only if required else it can make hair extra soft and then hair wont hold up shape. LBP rice water range is anyway quite moisturising- the shampoo and conditioners together I mean. Yes you can go for this range its a good one and has great slip required by curly hair. However every hair is different and it’s difficult to judge without trying
Is the product really worth all the hype? Does it lead to Protein overload? I want to invest but I'm not sure what to do. I have fine hair, will it weigh down?
No no it shouldn’t cause any problems including protein overload. The whole range really softens hair starting from shampoo. But fine hair gets weighed down easily - the products are not heavy or greasy so wont make hair heavy that way but can cause slight flattening due to extra softness. So I would suggest getting one or two products first. Probably leave in & conditioner - pair with a slightly stronger shampoo

Yes bandh sakte hain - usko plopping kehte hain. Twist nahi karna hai baalo ko tshirt me.

Hi , I want to know whether this conditioner will work on fine hair or not ? Means my hair don’t like heavy products
Hi its very very softening and slippery. Might be too softening on fine hair I think
@@desicurly oh thanks so much actually I had ordered it ,now I will cancel my order , u have saved my money
HeyyYy diiii, can naturally straight and thin hair also use leave in conditioner?
Its a good habit to do so as leave in conditioners keep hair very moisturised thus avoiding split ends. Very little would be enough But..it wont turn pin straight hair into curly
@@desicurly so can uh plz make a video of all good leave in conditioner... As many of us dnt knwWw whch brand is good nd many do prefer regulr conditioner instead of leave in ...
Can I use this shampoo for clarifying my curlyhair
Hi! No its a conditioning shampoo. Clarifying shampoos leave hair squeaky clean not conditioned. This is opposite
Which gel you used in last is it same as serum
I used Ashba botanics gel. Serum and gel are completely different things. Gel provides lasting hold and shape to curls

Yes it does however shampoo is not enough for dry frizzy hair just like face wash is not enough for dry skin. Must complete the whole routine
After gel method mere hairs aaise flupy ni hote
Have you using difuser in your hair
No I dont
Is this shampoo suitable for dandruff?
Dry flaky stretchy scalp yes. Dandruff prone scalp nope
Okay understood now when can we use mask..
Very confused..
First shampoo then conditioner after that leave in conditioner or curl cream
And you have said in many videos gel is also important.. do we have to use gel after leave in conditioner..
Thinking of buying whole range this you have shown.. is it good??
@Deepika joshi
Thank you...😊 Looking forward to see the good result, and really loved all your videos ❤️

Par mere hair fall ho rha h cg se kya kru yrr koi btao 🥺🥺🥺
Kyu ki roz 50-100 baal nikalte hain humans ke. 3-4 din baad jab hum baal suljhate hain to vo ek sath bahar ate hain aur bhot zada lagte hain magar hote nahi hain bhot zada.
❤️
♥️♥️♥️
Even I avoid doing scrunching and pumping. I've noticed more frizz
You can totally skip that step♥️
Can we skip gel
Yes you can totally skip gel but curls will have soft hold..might frizz up earlier than how it would WITH gel
