I apologize for deleting my original comment after finding a solution, but I appreciate your detailed response. yeah, you're right I used the Hana tool for creating ARKit blendshapes, which led to an error in the model's tongue due to the updated version of VRoid. The solution was to install an additional script from the Hana tool for version 1.27.0 into Unity, which allowed the Hana tool to recognize the updated VRoid model.
I'm having a problem with my tongue clipping too! Is there something you found out about the Hana tool causing it? Like when tongue sticking out or mouth open, I have this weird clipping happening.

Yeah just update Hana Tools and redo the ARKit as that should be fixed on new Vroid models.
