    frisbeethrows....
This simple drill builds strength in each of our fingers and trains our hands to become more familiar with the feeling of the disc lip against a single finger. This is important because every throw, in essence, involves the disc rotating around one or more of our fingers. And so exposing our fingers to 360 degrees of force from a disc, just by spinning the disc on the finger, will build strength and coordination over time.

Thank you so much for this drill. I've been doing these every day for the last 6 months and my catches and throws for both hands have noticeably improved. Especially my off-hand catches.

Nice technique. I can spin with only two finger. Left hand doesn't have stability. Will work on that. Loved the cameo

Spinning the disk is really easy for like my right and left pointer fingers because I play with nerf blasters all the time 😅. I didn't think of spinning it on other fingers! Thanks for the tip 👌🏻

You're welcome! Let me know if you notice a difference. I've found that my left hand is actually responding to this drill a little faster, which I suppose makes sense because it has more potential for "beginner gains" haha

I know some of them do it at home on the couch, parents hate it :P

@@raphael3386 Hahaha no way! That's like those kids who always have a basketball in hand at all times and dribble through the kitchen, hallways, etc. The parents hate it too, but those are the kids that develop unreal handles on the court!

    Great drill
    I do them at home
Especially the last one for catching the frisbee .. I can’t ( for now ) to the other ones because I don’t have official ultimate frisbee with the round edges ... I “just “
Have a aerobie superdisc ( actually quiet fun frisbee...)
But still very helpfull drills !!
When I have also my own ultimate frisbee disk I will do the drills to strengthen my fingers :)
    Also very funny video :)
    Thanks
