Moments before recording, we got news that the LA Kings and the Washington Capitals had made a 1 for 1 trade, moving F Pierre-Luc Dubois and G Darcy Kuemper to opposite teams!
This is great for the Kings and I'll explain why in this short video!

I really wanted the trade for PLD to work. I had faith that he would turn his season around. I think he might have this upcoming season, but for the money I don't think we could afford to hope he would. Overall I think we can use the money to sign QB and maybe another UFA. But I do think if we don't do anything this year Rob Blake has seen his last days at a Kings GM. Loved watching Blake as a player, but right now it's really hard to back him up considering all the players we gave up last year for PLD.
