    Started doing them two weeks ago. Crazy legs after bike... getting better tho. I have them once a week in my plan! great video Ben, keep them coming!

      Yep you definitely need them about once a week but I promise it will get a bit easier 😂 definitely for the race anyway. When is your race? And where?

      @@ThisMessyHappy Usually go for an hour ride and then 10-20 min run. Well, run, walk, run lol. I will be racing in Cardiff on 23rd June!

    2 a week for me at the moment, so beneficial for getting used to that feel of legs after biking. Used to take me 4 minutes or so to start feeling normal, now I transition to normal running immediately, loving the short tips videos :)

      2 a week?! Bloody hell!! That’s hardcore 💪🏻 I’m one a fortnight at max at the mo. It’s all good training in the bank either way though. Keep it up, dude 👍🏻

      @@ThisMessyHappy great, I'm an ok swimmer but need some tips on how to.get over the face in the water exhale, in a pool I'm doing 1 min 30 100's, in OW I swim like driftwood
