someone help please every time i make a change on it it pings the whole server why and how do i change it? thank you so so much!
Why if a member creates a ticket only the owners are in I want too that the support team can see the tickets
When i invite to server the bot join and if i go to dash board it doesnt show any servers
Im kinda having a problem here, okay so i followed all of the video's step and when i opened an ticket it didnt show the Claim button.
When i made a ticket it wouldn't show the claim button?
Bor it says "u dont have the permission to use this" to memberHelpp

How do i make the created ticket channel visible just for the server owner and the ticket creator?
Go to the permision of specific channel and put this @everyone role or anybody role you want in ❌
why no one exept me can open a ticket
I've done this but the people who open the ticket arent able to type
Write in the server rules "if you open a ticket for no reason you will be kicked or banned".
@@toxicgramersno he meant the people didn’t have permission to type
I mean if someone needs to open a ticket they arent able to type in the ticket only i can. which means they are not able to type their concern etc @@toxicgramers

bro in a different channel it will so something like help or take over click that. It also cant be your own ticket
I made ticket but the other people can write in there
You have to disable that permission in the channel's settings
