Hi sir, should we need to jot down the keywords or just visualize it? Does writing down the pts consume time? Bcos I tend to it but no result

If you can manage with making quite notes in your mind (mental notes) then go with that. A lot of students do benefit from jotting down quick points on their notepad. It's a technique for boosting comprehension. Yes it will take up extra time but if you are facing issues with comprehension, go with written notes. Super quick short notes and not lengthy ones.
