How easy it is to marinate meat in under a hour and with no recipe. We are marinating meat in a Status vacuum canister, which will take a few minutes to prepare and 40 - 60 minutes to marinate. So this can be done after work for dinner that night. You don't even need a reciepe as you can just add the basic ingredient plus some favorite falvours and your done. These are all in the video. When you vacuum seal your meat in a canister with marinade it opens the meat up and allows the marinade to emmerse itself into the meat very qickly.
