no, it is just the fading of melanin. acne has to do with pores and oil production, normally when dealing with a skin condition such as vitaligo they take very good care of their skin to preserve the integrity of the affected areas but overall no, the pores and oil production have nothing to do with skin pigmentation
Honestly I haven’t seen many black people with acne to begin with and most vitiligo stories seem to be black people bc it’s more noticeable than on a lighter skinned person.

Dance 10 Looks 10. Vitiligo is only skin deep. It runs in my family. Not a huge problem for a white guy. My hair went grey at age 17. My mother can not go out in the sun.

As a straight dude I can say she is still very, very attractive. I can't imagine her being better looking if she had a normal dark complexion without vitiligo. I hope people with vitiligo see this video and look at the comments to see all the positivity so that they not only feel supported, but can also wear their skin condition with pride. There is absolutely nothing offputting or unattractive about the appearance of vitiligo from an outsider's perspective.
To me you are right. Her beauty is part of her Condition. I don't think it looks bad. But can understand why it was hard to deal with such a big identity change.
