I actually named my Bruce Banner deck 25% chance to win. The card is terrible and needs a buff or fun mechanic. There is no reason he can't be a 2/5 base like Lizard is, his negative could be if the opponent skips an energy a 25% chance to become Bruce Banner. It would feel like Titania, who is also 5 power. The card would be more fun and could be used as tech to reduce what your opponent has available for energy.
