I remember seeing this video as a child SOOOO many times, back when MTV played music videos. I had no idea who this guy was or his music until now. I'm in my 30s. I grew up in the 90s and we always watched music videos. I remember this one specifically but never knew the name of the song or who sang it. This is a total nostalgic hit for me in 2022 and takes me back to my childhood.
I met him in NYC, and he was an extremely nice person. He was in a play on Broadway, and later that night, he was in the same club as my friends and myself.
