We are now in season 7
In 2018 we left the UK to sail around the world slowly. After Brexit, a "Pandemic" and major heart surgery we are still sailing, documenting our travels and showing you what we have learned so far.
We are hoping to complete our journey, and travel right around the world even if we have had a few setbacks along the way. We will continue at our own pace and that may be fast or slow. We want to be sure not to miss anything and have stories to tell our grandchildren when we are old and grey.

Michael of Sailing Gently Channel has had a really nice video interview you may enjoy, covering his time as a Director of the Doctor Who series, Howard's Way, Blakes Seven series etc , when he was with the BBC. He's also written a lot of Really Good Cruising Books - my personal Favourite of which is really excellent Sailing Gently to the Meditteranean, by sticking close to the Atlantic Coast of France, Spain, and Portugal which pretty much allows stopping over in harbours and Marinas every night, which is a brilliantly enjoyable way to get to Gibraltar, without straying I to the Bay of Biscay, or having to move on in rough weather. His guide to the Caribbean is pretty darned good as well, and his free to view Channel has videos covering the Travels of each of his books. Great to watch when it's Cold and Wet imho. 🤔🌟🌟🌟👍❤️
