Strong beautiful women doing archery, while galloping away on there horses, with a bond that is unbreakable.Amazing video! Have not ever seen anything like this on the internet.
Wow, just wow. Those horses are gorgeous and your all so talented. I would love to learn how to combine 2 of my favourite things. Honestly can't think of a better way to clear mind and feel true freedom then to ride thru a forest on a horse with friends shooting a bow. Thank you for sharing this with us.
What a wonderful video to wake up to in the Morning. These young'uns are an inspiration to enjoy Life more. Thanks Kids. You're the greatest. I had often wondered about mounted Archery in wood lands. Now I know. Love those Horses too...and the rapport between them and the Bow People and the riding skill. There is quite the history behind all this.
Just do it. It is much easier for a rider to learn archery than to learn riding for an archer. I am an archer and I started riding 3 years ago. My pony for archery is a 17 Hand Swedish Warmblood. No matter what breed you have for Mounted Archery. It is fünf.
Where are you? Horse archery USA is a pretty good organization. The clinics run about $75 if I remember. The great thing is it’s not a breed specific sport. Also people from several disciplines practice it. I’m eagerly anticipating the day I return to equestrianism, and mounted archery.
There aren't many different types of bows for horseback archery, they're all quite the same. The bow should be made specifically foe horseback riding as they aren't as big as usual bows and can be used with both hands
When I watched that movie It inspired me and about 6 years later I'm finally, hopefully, going to horse riding lessons! and once I learn that, I will start learning archery and start doing what these women are doing! :)
Since scandinavias are core indo-europeans holding the most yamnaya DNA out of any other people in the world and alot of Finns being ethnically swedes, they kinda are. Those who don't look lappish at least, and these girls don't look lappish.
Gorgeous presentation, nice riding, and nice shooting. I’m super jealous of your trails. Much respect form the southern United States.
I wouldn't mind trying this. Thanks for sharing xx
Monted archery without stirups : respect ^^

No stirrups, no reins. You and your horse think with one mind

Mi deporte favorito.....Saludos desde Mexico.
You inspired me so we have tried the horseback archery too. What kind of bow would you recommend for a beginner?

Thats Not Right. Bows Have differences.
For Beginners: Buy a bow from Kassai

Video of me shooting a #40 fiberglass bow, whacha think?
Cute, but it's just sport.
The Finns (Suomalaiset) are not steppe riders people, for example The Huns.
Greeting from Hungary!
This is not sport for us at all. It is perfectly beeing with the horse. Thank you for your comment.
Its fun, Hun. They are doing well what they do and you do well what you do.
And greetings from Nevada.
Question for ya, Arnold A. Gazder: Is Kassai Lajos (Lajos Kassai?) still the best Horse Archer in the world?

You can use every breed. My horse is a 19 hand Swedish Warmblood. My wife has trained her Pony. Now we are starting our Cruzado as an Archery Pony.
