    Thank you so much for your nice comments! I will post later a video about the different draws.
    I can make also a brief tutorial on how we make the nocking point and how to tune the nocks and arrows? - Katariina

    Refreshing to see a role model for young ladies demonstrating this fun sport - especially important not to take oneself too seriously or be put off by how others may judge you.
    Nice to learn of issues which may not affect men, but may otherwise deter women from taking up this virtuous sport.
    Thank you.

    Thank you for the great video, it is really helpful in choosing the right quiver considering also the draw tehnique and the nocking method. Please continue this with your other quivers too, it would be awesome.
    And I really like your idea making a video about the difference between Slavic and Persian draw.

    Very nice video... I have had a doubt for an year already... I wish I could know how you and Mihail make the the nocking point on the string. I see it is some kind go white tape. Would be nice a small tutorial about it :) thanks ou and will be a pleasure to see more videos of you Katarina.

    It is nice to have an in-person video from you! One question about the last quiver, though: would the arrow tips scratch the horseback? Especially when it is bumpy.
    Also is there a chance to see the Qing Dynasty quiver from China? I am actually trying to figure out if that is good for fast shooting (supposedly not since they use heavy-duty arrows and a quiver can only hold as many as 19) and could use some insight from masters like you. I think I also watched you using similar quivers in one of your videos.

    • @LAHBA
      @LAHBA  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! The last quiver has been very popular and it does not scratch, if the quiver is made for correct length of the arrows and adjusted properly.
      We do not make Quing Dynasty kind of quivers... just presenting Mihai's quiver designs here which are inspired by the historical quivers but not historical reenactment but for sport and fast shooting. :) The Side-Back quiver is somewhat similar though, but if the arrows are pointing hugely on the side, it may be a bit clumsy to walk around with.

    Im interested in your term of persian. I got a type of draw (it's so natural feeling and I just always shot with it since day one (self taught)) that I cant find a name for. Closest I can find as far as I know is a type of sassinid. Aka persian. But I use it either thumb or middle 2 fingers. But I noticed it's also a pinch draw cause I can shoot nockless.

    • @Daylon91
      @Daylon91 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    When you have time, please show us (close up) how you draw your bow. I learned Mediterranean forty years ago, and find my hands "complaining" at my age. I'm hoping a different draw will ease the problem. Thank you.

      Just like the Slavic draw, place the string right up to the second crease of the middle and ring fingers and the use the little finger also placing the string halfway between the tip and first crease not hooking but definitely assisting, the index finger straight like pointing at the target along side of the arrow shaft ,the thumb resting on the left horn of the arrow nock .

    Hi Katariina, what is the wrapping around the bow just above where you place your arrow? And do you use a nocking point? Good video thank you!

    • @LAHBA
      @LAHBA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Yes that is the nocking point :) I made a little info on that too if you see my video from 12/2021 :D basically tape, then I don't need protection to fingers (Horse archers do not use gloves)
