ऐसे अनेक मुद्दे है, जिनपर आपको क्रोधित होना चाहिए।
सीजेआई बहुत बहुत महान है न्याय की संविधान की रक्षा में लगे हैं, उनसे सारे देश को बहुत बहुत अपेक्षा है
सीजेआई साहब जी को गुस्सा कमजोर कानून पर आना चाहिए, जो आम आदमी को न्याय नहीं दे पा रहा है।
वही जता रहे है, तकलीफ हो रही है , डर दिख रहा है. जो शक्स अडानी का ईम्पायर पुरी ताकद लगाकर देश की संपत्ती कबाडमे बेचके खडा करदीया, उस अडानी के नाम का अ' तक नही बोलता.. नैतीकता की धज्जीया उडा देता है , उसे भी अब डर लगने लगा है, डर अच्छा है,.सोचो आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे जज्ज तोई दुसरा होता, तो, हम आम आदमी कुछ नही कर सकते... जय हिन्द....

More than 5 crores of cases are pending which will take 500yrs to dismiss but your so called gentle person DY Chandrachud is living in his own lala land . Our judiciary has no transparency in its recruitment process but it wants transparency in process of Govt and recruitment in Election Comission .

The anger may come for personal interest only. I haven't seen any personal issues their except Govt eye's on collegium system but that also is not a personal matter. It's only our constitutional reforms which may time ro time be changed by people of Republic of India.

Why they haven't given any clarification for rejection of NJAC so far ?? The behaviour of President of SC Bar was highly inappropriate and against decorum. Our Chief Justice Of India is a very courteous and polite person , and very generous for advocates , but his courteous behaviour should not be taken for any weakness on authority. We all respect our CJI and fully support him.

@@ayushmankar4100 use hi judicial activism bolte hai. It is mentioned in constitution. If other organs doesn't do their constitutional duty SC has to interfere and make it correct(ex scrapping old vehicles movement in Delhi, it's executives duty but executive failed to do so, so sc interfered and did it). See free and fair elections is paramount for democracy, there are allegations raising against ec day by day. Parliament had right to make changes in selection process of ec to make it more vibrant but despite raising questions it did nothing. So SC involved.
See the basic duty of sc is to make sure constitutional morality prevail.
This is not expected from a SC judges. Why someone like a senior advocate of SC should be treated like this.
But Mr. Singhs languadge is also not proper.
It is not expected also from lawyer when he said I will have to take the matter to your house. Who says that to CJI of India???

Yes. CJI can not be forced by any one including bar association to listen to their case on priority. CJI is already ceased of this problem and can be sorted out in a meeting. Shri Vikas Singh should use his good offices to persuade the CJI which he is very well capable of.

Even the supreme court is treating lawyers the same way we thought that only small district courts were harassing lawyers sometimes we have to spend whole 11:to 6 for a appropriate date even after not calling the witness and one question to the judge can result in convection for your case
