I just wanted to give a suggestion on storing your scrunchies, when you make a certain batch of the same style, store that style together if you can. Instead of trying to search for them with other scrunchies. I think it would save you time in packing your orders and also you can have an idea what you have available. Maybe get some storing bins and label them with the style or color, or title you have. Hope this helps. Love your video's. Love that your other half helps you out. So happy I found your videos!!

Having a specific spot for scrunchies will help speed the process up drastically. I recently organized my scrunchies and it is way easier when i get an order to find.

This video is so motivating.. I just wanted to say, for the sake of profit, I would not use boxes just because they r part of the expenses. And it's better to try save on expenses as much as possible. The mailers cost a lot less than the boxes am sure and u can still have the items well packaged in a nice way. :). Just my opinion.

Also, be careful with Etsy re they can set a sale and if you have a sale, it combination nes both sales. You don't work for free.

Please explain briefly if you will, at 15 years old at the beginning of your business how did you initially find funding for basic inventory, tools, etc. Just a clarification and wondering. Hello! When I first started I started out very small, I had around $50 saved up from my birthday/Christmas and I purchased very small amounts of fabrics, clips, glue etc with it. I started out making hair bows. That $50 got me quite a lot of materials and supplies, I already had an old printer and other stationary items. (I didn’t use a sewing machine at that point) after I started making sales through my Etsy store I gradually purchased more fabrics, supplies and I have evolved into the successful business I am today! I wish your daughter all the success and I hope she pursues her dreams 😁

I'm curious how you keep track of orders with hundreds of SKUs. do the orders say "pink with dots" or...? I only have 15 SKU's and they all have names so I just grab one of these names and two of them.
I don’t use SKU numbers, i leave it blank on every listing, I name the fabric and that’s how I determine what is ordered ☺️

Great question! Some orders are international so they can’t have candy, I add a sticker instead, because Ild have to fill out different customs forms. And I don’t put them in envelope shipping just the parcels 🥰
But this isn't organized at all. You would save so much time if you organized by fabric/pattern/color and packaged each order as you go along. You're killing me here!
