So they didn’t explain it in the anime but the reason rak shrinks in the manwha is because he’s too big for each floor so he gets in contact with the floors admins to shrink to be able to move around. Also remember that people have to request to use shinsu which is the charka in this world from the admins who look like big ass fish like in s1 lol.
Rak got compressed by test administrator from season 1 for a prank and he learned that skill amd got a license to use it from floor administrator (the big fish things) every floor there's a new floor administrator and every floor you have to renew your compression license to use compression skill.. it's kinda like a driving license or passport you need to renew. But this isn't that important, the only important thing to know is he can choose to go small or use his true height 😁👌

Since I did it last week I guess I’ll do it again since a lot of the world building is so extensive we get a lot of info from blog posts accompanying each chapter… one of the info missed is the concept of FUG and “Slayers” , FUG is a very disorganized organization with many different factions that only have one resounding goal bringing them together… take down Jahad and the 10 gf heads, FUG slayers are seen and treated as literal gods There are 11 seats for slayers, but there are only 7 slayers so far with 4 seats being vacant, each slayer is meant to take down one of the 10 gf heads which is why each will have some sort of relation to a family head and/or some sort of hack that could hypothetically get around the immortality contract The slayers mentioned in this show or that you’ve seen are Karaka (metal faced dude who talked too Jinsung) Yama (mentioned this most recent episode) The others have been mentioned in blogposts but not shown up yet not even in manwha so they’re not really worth mentioning yet Bam is just a candidate until he becomes a ranker but they still treat him like a god nonetheless because he’s actually a irregular and can hypothetically break any of the contracts by default but they want his target to be Jahad
There is something the anime doesn't tell you. The age of characters. The Japanese production team clearly don't understand the world building of TOG (Because TOG is Korean) and they (JAPANESE) think the age of characters are not relevant. But this is a very important piece of information, because you already heard HWARYUN (Red-haired girl with eye patch mask) explained that KING JAHAD cannot be killed by people who are living in this tower fantasy world. This is because KING JAHAD is immortal.
