As a hooper, you know how difficult it is moving to your shooting side and pulling up. That's why majority of stepbacks and sidesteps are going to the off side. Better balance and pocket for shooting. With that being said, Friga's stepback to his shooting side is ELITEEEEE. He's tough!

Good point. I never got used to stepping back or side stepping on my right side because of it. I think for me it had a lot to do with me not being as confident using my off hand(left hand) to bring it back before the shot, so my form would be slightly off before I shoot.

Look at 19-14 score…Friga taking it straight to Moon chest. I play PF and my best friend a Guard/SF when we play 1’s post game he always says “Its tiring guarding you down there dawg”. Allows me to get space without moving because they sit on the expectation of contact when they cant asorb it. Look at 21-16 too. Moon wasn’t physical enough.
@@MrMjbomba5 Moon isnt a stronger guard, thats his weakness. Big Guards like Frig, Rob, Nas, and Fomby can easily walk him down in the paint. Thats his kryptonite. His build just cant take their physicality down low, its a mismatch everytime. Thats not me saying Moon is sweet but his build dont match up against them and unless he decides he wants to bulk up...thats how its always gonna be. Cant be helped.
