This was absolutely hilarious. Luke was totally on fire as host and Jane's face when Andy said his collection wasn't alphabetized had me tearing up from laughter (and I must confess to the same degree of shock). Tangentially, when lockdown is over, the rest of Oxbox and Oxtra need to break into Andy's house and correct this situation. Kudos on an awesome stream.

Jane's ability to hold admittedly contradictory ideas in her head at once brings the first Dirk Gently book by Douglas Adams to mind: "The new improved Monk Plus models were twice as powerful, had an entirely new multi-tasking Negative Capability feature that allowed them to hold up to 16 entirely different and contradictory ideas in memory simultaneously without generating any irritating system errors."

That was brilliant. I wanna see Luke and Ellen face off against each other. Had Janes dead space 2 been dead space ultra Ltd edition, it would of been worth $480. I'd also like to see Andy livestream by himself-it doesn't have to be a complete play through of rdr2. Just a one-off chatting about beards or something would do. This is my favorite Oxboxtra video I’ve watched during isolation. So much fun with Luke role playing it, and Andy and Jane’s reactions and competitive banter.
This video has an incredible vibe, the three of them are in peak form. Just the running joke of peripheral and disc disposal had me rolling, so this whole video was an absolute treat.
I glanced at the thumbnail, and immediately knew that the disk Andy was pointing at was Halo 3 just from the tiny, blurry image. Not sure if that's impressive or sad.
1:09:00 I think it's for pre-slim 360's. The S (and I assume E) have a dedicated port for it but I think it just uses the USB on older models and needs additional power.
There's a used bookstore near where I live (McKay's) that also stocks games and music and such. You can trade your stuff in for store credit or cash, and my brother took back like four Need for Speed games and got over $100 in store credit. Meanwhile, I'll bring back an entire shelf's worth of books and get $25.
As a former EB Games employee, bringing out common AAA titles they're always going to be practically worthless stores get so many of them. Although sports games are the most worthless over time. I have Collectors Edition Madden 2005 still in box and it's going on ebay for $2-5, don't worry I got it free. Nowadays if I buy a physical copy of anything it's still going to be particular JRPGs. Also, I know this stream isn't serious, but none of these games have boxes or manuals so they're worth even less money. It absolutely makes me recoil the way the disc back is being touched. So much time cleaning old improperly handled games. Some would come in albums just like those they have in the stream and they would get stuck to the sleeve and ruined.
Interesting about the manual! I used to work at gamestop a few years back and it wasn't that losing the case/manual lowered the value it was that the game discs were more likely to be SCRATCHED if it wasn't in a case so the value went down that way.
Having now watched an old bloopers video from 2012 by accident (thanks recommendations!) I have realized what this channel (and sister channel) resembles! It's been bothering but it reminds me a lot of X-Play back when G4 didn't mess with Adam/Morgan and their writers. It's that wonderful combination of skits, fantastically written humor, actual news, and wonderfully cheery and occasionally self-deprecating personalities that mash together into one wonderful show. (I love the channels regardless, it has just been bothering me for literal years in a "Wait, I've seen and loved this angle before, but where?" and seeing them doing bloopers from their couch reminded me of the same episode that Adam and Morgan did from Adam's couch when G4 moved. I really enjoyed this! I hope that you guys do more of these. I love the way Andy paints a picture of him going into cex. There should be a d&d campaign of Andy and Jane trying to flog their games to cex
Perhaps a bonus round 2 next time where each player is allowed to pick 5 games from their own collection that they think will grant the highest total value? Also, each player is allowed to remove one game from their opponents selection to allow for strategy!

My Switch games are all in multiple 16 cart holders and the boxes stay safe on the shelf. I don't know if I'd do that for a disc though. I would definitely keep the boxes in storage though.
I like that Andy claims he's never been so angry, but he quickly forgets Ghost Mode in Hitman against Mike.

1:10:55 Honestly, I think of this video, and of being supported, appreciated, and protected as much as Jane does for Child of Eden
Like, it's the fact that she does it as a joke for a bit, you know? The realization that that's just *normal;* that's probably what being a human and living with humans is *supposed* to feel like
I bought Child of Eden for full price at release. Never have I seen a game so quickly drop to super-budget prices. It was down to $1 months later. And yet I don't regret buying it for a second. It was great.
I really enjoyed this! I hope that you guys do more of these. I love the way Andy paints a picture of him going into cex. There should be a d&d campaign of Andy and Jane trying to flog their games to cex
The way Andy handles those disks gives me an ulcer.
Missed this live but this was hilarious. Remember Jane, use powdered milk in Andy's tea during your year of servitude.
First thing Andy had Jane do? Organize the discs 😂
The other way round Jane had Andy sort out his discs A to Z
Where i'm from, the game boxes increase the resale value. Even more with the instruction manual.
I love this so much. 😅 Magical. Wild. Unpredictable. And lots of surprises
I was also eating dinner watching, and nearly choked laughing. So good 🤣
Perhaps a bonus round 2 next time where each player is allowed to pick 5 games from their own collection that they think will grant the highest total value? Also, each player is allowed to remove one game from their opponents selection to allow for strategy!
“Glottal Stop” IS the name of my new band!
Seeing this real late, but Fs in the chat for william kruger 16:06 (declining to capitalize his name for strategic lack of respect purposes). You looked glorious Andy!
Ugh! That thumb nail pics hurts me! I will never toss my game cases and store games in the cd slots?!
I know, I just lost all respect for those two...
I have all my games in xD slots and kept the boxes... Just less hastle
It hurts me a lot as well. It lowers value and coolness. Some games still come with booklets inside.
@@Lonewolf_121 Yeah, and if you keep them in the original cases and change games frequently, you'll wear out the retention tabs for the popular games
My Switch games are all in multiple 16 cart holders and the boxes stay safe on the shelf.
I don't know if I'd do that for a disc though. I would definitely keep the boxes in storage though.
If Andy has Jane's games, then he has to get all of the capture from them, that doesn't sound like a win.
At least Jane can call on one of her many minions to do her year of servitude.
