Unfortunately, I can't eat gluten, so we don't bake as much bread, and there certainly isn't any kneading with gluten free flours. But my children still love to measure, pour, and divide, as well as cut out cookies. :)
Any gluten free baking recipes where you measure, pour, and divide, as you say, are wonderful activities to do with your children. ☺
