This video clearly has a beauty filter. In other youtube videos that's not by Goop, she has very deep lines & sun damage. U could tell she's aging pretty badly bec of the lack of sunscreen. No amount of laser treatments ,botox & fillers can cover a bad habit. Exfoliation should also be done at night, not when you're about to go to the sun. So not only she exfoliated but she didn't even put sunscreen on top of it.
And even the fillers can't hide the fact that her pores are huge and has one angry pimple which might been due to all the harsh exfoliating treatment she layered one after another.
I believe in taking care of myself, in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the icepack, I use a deep-pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser. Then a honey-almond bodyscrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel-scrub. Then I apply an herb mint facial masque, which I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm, followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
youre using an exfoliating cleanser, an acid toner AND a vitamin c ( which all together is so harmful to your moisture barrier ) but then no spf ? youre literally telling consumers to ruin their skin but i guess it doesnt matter to you because your pockets will be filled.
Goop, this is an incredibly irresponsible routine to be publishing. Exfoliating and using a Vitamin C every morning makes you so much more sensitive and prone to sun damage. You should have included SPF or at least a disclaimer that this should be followed with SPF. This is borderline dangerous for skin health, and dangerous for viewers to mimic if they aren't well versed in skincare.

If you have a slightly darker complexion your skin has more melanin and isn’t as bad with burning/skin damaging from the sun but yeah I agree she doesn’t have a darker complexion
