Aussies? There is some innate spirit inside any "England send unagreeing people here" to just live their best life with things that are broken. American(though technically mostly native), I drive a 2003 Element, have an '00 Blazer that needs a full serpentine back overhaul, and an '03 old body(i.e. big engine) manual Rav4 with a torn clutch that replacing costs more than the car would get as scap.
I just really appreciate that Dank owns headphones worth several times more than his car.

Love myself a 126p, owned one some years ago, paid an equivalent of around 70€ for it, drove it recklessly for two weeks and then the transmission literally disconnected while driving and the car would only go on reverse after, cost of repair and getting rid of the rust was 3x the cost of the car, the poor Maluch got crashed, as I already bougth it on its dying bed. Best car I ever owned👌 5/7, fully recommended.

Yeah. When you grow up, you don’t think of all those things you collected. But when you find that exact collection on sale somewhere, say, 20 years later, you’d be hit by nostalgia and realize how committed you were to collecting those things.

That is actually my backstory. It drove me to become big villain.

Talking about vintage console boxes...I got an original megadrive back in the spring and I tried to store the old box for it somewhere so I could possibly sell it on later.
My mother periodically comes round and helps me tidy up (like a hurricane coming through in reverse, whirling through the house and putting things away in some sort of logical order, which is why I let her do it...). I last saw the MD box, which had been around since 1991 at least...in my green recycling bin being fed to a bin lorry.
Lesson learned: put old boxes you want to keep out of reach of pesky mums.
I've come back to this video several times just to watch that opening segment
