Sorry to hear that, you can try adding some tamarind water and add some grated coconut (optional to add if there are already enough coconut), it might help you but don't expect 100% result.
I watched you tempered part of coriander pepper methi & all chili and made a paste. What you did with the rest of the quantity you have given in the measurement?
I normally store most of the Masala's in small container, so once i use it i can store it back. Basically i show the whole quantity and then i mention how much i will be using for the particular recipe :)
Very tasty dish and you showed step by step easy method

Hi, my sukka masala turned out a little strong. (Bitterness and sourness is a little on the higher side) . what can I do to lighten the taste?

@@JeppusFood okay, thanks buddy. I'll try adding some coconut and fried onion paste too. I think it may help balance it
I may have added more methi or may have overfried the spices. Not sure. Thanks for your help
@@ashnayak27 Over fry is still okay but over adding Methi might turn into bitter taste but I am sure next time you will make it even better.
Super
Thank you
Looks delicious!!
What kind of dry red chilli have you used? Kashmiri?
I used Guntur dry chilli, it's bit spicy but when we add coconut it balance the spiciness
@@JeppusFood Thanks!
