govt invest the capital right, HAL is failed till 2016 and over hyped if we see the history and compare other countries. Even Pakistan sells JK-17 but we couldnt sell Tejas. But Mazagon, CSY is not the same case. 1 submarine order to our navy would get 4000cr. So it is mixed, we need to be very careful in picking up.
