Another pho restaurant we used to eat at is Com Tam Thanh on Bascom ave san jose. Close to valley medical center. I haven't been in the USA since 2019, but I believe they are still there. Highly recommend.

Pho Kim Long is in North San Jose near the Milpitas border. I grew up around the corner at Hostetter Road. I think it has had different owners through 30 years - maybe goes back at least to 1994.

The broth is is average and catered to non Vietnamese customers. There will be a long line on weekend lunch time, mostly non viet Asian. I think because the price is cheap and the ingredients are fresh.
