    If the courts could reduce pages to 20 or so , then it makes sense . Our courts literally write novellas writing 200 odd pages. If somebody could give me a monthly publication which can give summary of judgements then it will helpful

      AIR (All India Reporter) is the definitive & authoritative text on this matter.
      No other would suffice.

    Judgement reading habit will develop skills like drafting and argumentation skills . Start with small judgements and then move to long judgements .

    I had been a law student earlier, I have a different point of understanding.
    By reading the last page first, the student will only look for justification for the judgement. He will never develop a cognitive faculty to find the nuances of law by himself. He will never be able to question the judgement.

      There you can find all Supreme Court judgments, according to party name or date wise or judge name.
