I played all FF14 expansions and made some videos in the channel but some of the trials can't be soloed cause of the mechanics for example, Susano Giant sword, can't hold it and DPS it at the same time
2.5 second gcd, it's really not hard at all, and while the rotations are a LOT longer than gw2, I actually find it easier because it all syncs up very well since lots of skills share the same cooldown lengths, like for example you'll have a few with 30 secs cd, a few with 60 secs cd, and a couple with 120 secs cd, so generally speaking all classes have at most a two minute long rotation, but with several uses of the main combo during that period, and every two minutes you get your big burst. Meanwhile I find that gw2 is harder because the rotations are more of a priority system that don't often sync up, so I have to spend a lot of time staring at the cooldowns. If ff14 had the same type of combat as gw2 with the same speed but still had as many skills, I agree it would be unplayable.
