Hello guys, just some words for this special video! I wanted to put this in the description box, but its too much.. so im just gonna put it here. Cigarettes After Sex or i usually called Cas. They were known as an ambient band and formed in 2008 till now which is 16 almost 20 years its a long time in a person life, i feel like they really have emotions for this job, i think they take it as their life their soul not just a job anymore. Idk the more i think, the more i discover about them, the more i love them. Just to me that whenever i listen to their work, look at their face, the words they said, and things they published on social media, I just felt really a feeling of a warm human being, and they are an emotional human being to give. When i first known about this band it was 2016 i think up to now its been 8 years. I discovered this band when i was listening to their music with my cousin (she is really lovely). After that, i started to listen to their music more and more. I thought their songs were moody and sad and fit the time when i get depressed. But time passed by, i liked them more and more, and I just found it that their songs their voice are just not for a sad mood anymore. It’s dreamy, romantic music, featuring slow tempos, soft guitar sounds, and whispery, deep, emotional vocals, along with the drumbeats (which is an instrumental that I really love) with lyrics revolving around themes of love, romance, and longing. I find it relaxing listening to their music. And I kept on spreading it to my loves one, my friends. Last year I had a chance to go to their concert, but my plan got canceled due to some inconvenient reason, I really feel bad because I don't know when I will have a chance to listen to their music live again. But luckily, 1 year later they announced that they will perform at my place again, I bought the ticket immediately. I guess I might cry when I hear them singing live, not to be dramatic, simply because it's like a long-time wish coming true, and my love for them, and maybe it's a happy feeling that makes me shed a few tears haha. And as expected, on Oct 11, 2024. When I went to see the concert, their concert was very simple and gentle but brought really complete emotions. Their live singing to me sounded like honey pouring into my ears, the bass (Randy Miller), the drums (Jacob Tomsky) blended with the guitars of the singer (Greg Gonzalez) and the audience singing together, along with the lightings they designed for their fans, their facial expressions showed how much they enjoyed their work, and just really live in the moment made me felt so heavenly, so unreal. And nearly the end of the video, when the light bulb 🪩 was turned on, if you pay attention, you will see Gregory smiling with satisfaction and tenderness, and it was a smile that he knew his fans would be very happy and very full filled to see this. And really, everything made me very happy that night and very complete. I hope I will still be able to go to their concerts in the future. Just a few things that i thought it could make the concert to be more complete is that I want to see more lights for the drummer and the bassist as well. Also could be at the ending I wish to hear their voice saying goodbye to the audience as well so that we could show our love to them too, loving all them all equally. And could be better if we could also give a round of applause for the Phillip as well eventhough he left the band but yeah.Now I hope that they will always do well in the work they are doing now and will always be more successful, especially a wish for health and peace. Also we can’t forget Phillip Tubbs who also has a good amount of work in creating songs for cas. And once again thanks to my brother and his girlfriend that gave me the tickets helped me have a wonderful night as well as the friend who accompanied me that night, which helped me to get many beautiful footages and photos. Last but not least really grateful and thanks to Cigarettes After Sex for their beautiful magical music! Felt like dream comes true! ✨🪩 Idk i think i can go on and talk about them all day all night, it would be really good if i have someone to talk to me all about thissssss, but thankfully i have you guys hear and I can share it!
