  • I have become more protective of myself as I process my grief, and I need to practice spreading my wings. In this video I share some of my favorite yoga poses to help inspire me to find my wings and experience life. It will be helpful, but not necessary, to have a strap or belt and a block handy.
    There is about 2 minutes of introductory discussion, so if you want to dive right into the practice you can fast forward to that point.
