This behavior indicates a tire pressure monitoring system failure, a self check test is conducted on startup of the vehicle. Most likely cause would be one of the tire sensors was not working properly due its internal (non replaceable) battery wearing out. The batteries are supposed to last about 10 years. My 2012 Tacoma TPMS light did this flashing then solid thing for a few months, then stopped doing it on its own. I plan on getting all the tire sensors replaced when a new set of tires will be installed with the next few months, as at 11 plus years all of the original sensors batteries are likely nearly fully discharged. When one goes the rest won’t be far behind.
