I was working on an infernape koraidon ex deck. Focused on pure speed, so I was running arven, lumineon v, forest seal stone, and max belt. I think diversifying your attackers like you did with your build is the way to go though, since finding your infernape, rare candy, koraidon ex, and 2 energies is a big ask.
The more I experimented with the deck, the more I realized it’s basically chien pao but worse. Relying on a stage 2 on the bench to power up your basic 2 prize attacker. But chien pao gets to find their energy without devoting so many trainers is the big difference. Plus they get to play hands…

I honestly thought Infernape would've ended up being a support pokemon for raging bolt charging up multiple energy each turn. after release and nobody were talking about infernape I thought he just fell under radar. Glad you found some use for fire monkey

Definitely wanna see more Infernape content! This was a great showcase of its potential
This Infernape is very fun! I used it and the new Eternatus (edit: Enamourus) to victory in the pre-release. (It was otherwise a rough tourney, my box only had 1 love ball and 1 bug kit for search) Never thought to use it in anything, but I'll be trying this out for sure!

I really enjoyed this and had fun with the deck you made. It’s off meta, but actually kept beating a lot of the main meta builds. The only real issue I had, was facing Gardy decks. But apart from that it was really competitive I found. Thanks again.
Love that I finally got to get some screen time. But hate that my deck didn't pop off. Dead hand all the way. I'm JrZerobeat Regidrago. It's a turbo deck but didn't pop off this game.

Why u not using Arven and PokeTool like Bravery Charm or Ancient Booster Energy Capsule?
I really tried to make this work with coalossal but it was just too tough. It stinks because coalossal is such a cool attacker but I think being reliant on having energy in hand + getting the stage 2s out is so tough- especially when rolycoly can't be buddy-buddy poffin'd.

I made this deck exactly first day of masquerade 😮 I’m glad to see it featured here
I've experimented with this and Gouging Fire, it works fine but it's too slow, if you're new to the game it's a budget way to start and have fun, but competitively, just stick to Raging Bolt Ogerpon.

I been struggling to find an off meta deck with some favorite Pokemon. Infernape is definitely top of my list so hopefully i can enjoy this one :)
Have you thought about messing with Okidogi? Seems like the best one prizer
since you already play vessel in the deck, maybe u could try play Iron Hands with this deck? especially with double infernape and a lightning attachment u can build it up to clean sth up
Hands could be decent but you would need 2 infernape to power it up
can you do camerupt with cinder cannon and infernape in the future? They seem to go well together, would love to see what you could do with that!

Colossal had the same ability as Infernape back in the Sword and Shield era
no it didn’t. Coalossal accelerated from discard. Infernape is from hand
No boomerang energy for the infernape?
No that card is useless in here
If only gatling tar wasnt on a stage 2 (coalossal)… would be such a perfect partner for infernape
