6:30 all that tuning talk is so cool to me. Can't wait to finish school and get a job at a shop, slowly get some experience and then try to get in at a speed shop.
Those numbers ain't bad, I would be curious what afr looks like and hopefully he is running a 3" turbo back. Issue with dsm is larger the turbo less power band is usable.

@@TheTurboDad absolutely. My GSX was sold while I was trying to get my assets together to get my car up here. My dad sold it out from under me to someone for $500... it was a built GSX, head had been sent off to put new springs and valves in it. It had been sitting apart while I was getting all new parts for it, ie ... timing kit, oil case, water pump and a about $3000 in mods along with my new T67 billet turbo. All this was given away without my concent for $500 22psi 500 awhp car, gone... just like that. I'm still pissed about it as you can tell lol.
@@tman4life01 better believe it. TRE stage 3 trans, HKS EVC 5 boost controls, AEM EMS, New FFW cams, HKS cam gears, super tech valves, springs, retainers. Was just going to upgrade the fuel system and new intake and exhaust manifold so I wouldn't have to dent the new water pipe. The guy called my dad 3 weeks later asking if he found the title. My dad called me and asked me if I had it. I said, "yup, he's not getting it" , my dad said, "okkkk" then I hung up. Ahole also took my parts that I had from my old 2gb and GVR4 that were in the garage that had nothing to do with that car. I'm definitely sad and absolutely still pissed... a year later.

Just posted a new video of a 1990 GSX that I upgraded the turbo and head work. I think he blew it up though.
The problem is the size of the back end choking the turbo 🤷 2.3 stroker needs at least a 14 cm back end from holset or bigger ...

Cams.... need custom grind.
I've done very well with the Kelford 272s. 692 Horsepower on a old school GT3582. I've never gotten custom grind though.
Stock cams deliver low end, you lose low end torque with any cam mods.
