Audi A4 B8 Oil service reset Via MMI and Inspection reset with VCDS

Following procedures done to Audi A4 but can be done to A5 or A6 with similar MMI interface.
* Oil service can be reset from Car menu
* Inspection/Service can be done with VCDS or any capable tool like Autel or SnapOn etc.
