- Walmart has new shit! And one of these is pretty much shit. But it's decent looking! Just not something you'd show off at Blade Show 😄

I òwn the green and black Wurdig knives. They are extremely well made knives with excellent actions.
I purchased eight of the Gerundet Green & Black models because I found them to be so nice. Item Number 6794 ... By the way, underneath where you removed the knife from, there is a reflective fleck cord lanyard for it. And a nice velvet storage bag, similar to eyeglass pouches.

The Swiss Tech knife doesn't look bad at all. They don't carry them at my local Walmart, so I would have to order one online if I wanted one.
Chinese make decent low end knives 👍USA can't compete at those prices.

I bought the Swiss Tech recently and there was a small pouch under the cardboard where the knife was snapped into!

Nah, tons of cheap knives have real cf. But it's a very thin veneer, just for appearance. Cf used to be expensive, not so much anymore. A scale fully made of cf is not going to be in the 50 dollar range though... that's definitely enough cf (and the added milling difficulty) to raise the price.
The cf on that one is so thin, you could basically call it a sticker though.
Honestly bro if you want a great knife at great price civivi is the way to go
It's definitely not the only or best value imo.

@jaybee2812 that's the issue! Civivi has no 30 dollar knives anymore. Lowest is like 35... most are 50 or more. Not crazy given the quality, but not the value they used to be. Petrified fish, Sitivien, rat, freetiger, ystart, Kubey, srm/sanrenmu, Komoran, Kershaw, ganzo/Firebird... PF838 might be the best knife out there under 30, or right around there.
