It's actually not as hard to learn as you think. I watched "Awestin" on youtube over and over and you end up picking it up if you add daily playing into it too. Awestin is a much better player than Scend! It's a shame he only plays in Texas based tournies
@@davidshephard7664 For one thing, he's fun to watch because his Ness is aggressive and stylish- the opposite of the campy, PK-Fire spamming approach favored by lots of mediocre Ness players. Scend uses all of Ness' moves in creative and unorthodox ways without depending too heavily on any one technique. Raining down PK Fire from weird angles. Using PK Flash to gain height/ledge approach. Taking sneaky stocks with PK Thunder 2, (which is easily punished if used predictably). But his offensive mastery of Psi Magnet, the way he extends combos and sets up opponents for kills, is the real clinic here. He makes those magnet moves look easy- they're not. Going back to the aggression: Scend's Ness doesn't wait around, preferring to chase you off the stage and batter you relentlessly with his quick aerials. He makes those D-air spikes look easy too, but that move has funky timing and can be very difficult to land. As mentioned, Ness' recovery can leave him exposed, so lots of average-skilled players are content to stay on solid ground and ledge guard with his projectiles or yo-yo. Scend doesn't believe in that strategy: his Ness is a whirling, psychokinetic terror that brings the fight to the opponent, anywhere and everywhere. And he does it with panache.
@@jordanfranklin5822I, as a Ness main only spam pk fire to teach a lesson. If you can’t get out of it maybe you shouldn’t be in Elite Smash/Local Tourney. Usually the people who rely too much on how good a character is rather than how they play.
Ness fsmash also acts as a reflecter, and since olimar did an up smash (all of olimars smash attacks are counted as projectiles) he got sent up by his own pikmin
He's so freaking cool, I wish I knew a fraction of how he uses psi magnet

Waiting for Sonix Making Sonic Look GODLIKE
No cause he plays Sonic
It'll consist of 5 clips from different matches, but the video would be an hour long.
Could just watch paint dry instead of a sonic match
