Hi Ina. This is very nostalgic for me. BF Homes Paranaque was also where we established our roots. Right there on Recto St was our family home. One of my sisters also lived on Damian St; while my eldest sister lived also on Batac St. So many memories for our family in BF Homes Pque. That time when we were there, water was a big problem with the residents. Anyway I am happy to once again get a glimpse of President’s Ave thru your video. Dami na pala nagbago sa BF Pque. Anyway , thanks again. From us here in NYC , from Las Vegas, and Alberta Canada . We left the Philippines in year 2001. I migrated to the East Coast( NYC), a sister to West Coast (LV) and 3 siblings got their PR’s to Calgary Canada! Regards to your family , Ina, especially to cutie pie Luna!
Nakakatuwa po si Luna so pretty and smart Baby ❤ Sobrang napapa-ibig po ako sa Fried Porkchop at Daing na bangus ganda ng pagkaka fried mukhang crispy. ❤
Ma'am Ina, welcome back to the Philippines.
I can feel the joy of your family bonding.
Hi Ina! EDSA is irrecognizable. It’s nostalgic to pass by your ancestral home.😘 wink. Enjoy your vacation! Big hug to the smartest little Luna, who narrated vividly how she was born! So cute! 🥰 be safe.
Tropical Hut & Town Center brings back a lot of memories back home. I used to meet up with a close friend during the afternoons at Tropical to spend the time away while waiting for my kids to come out of school. The restaurant has been there since the 70's& its well known for delicious hamburger. Town Center was the neighborhood my family spent our last 2 decade back then before coming to Canada. My wife was active with church & school activities. Still have a number of friends that we visit around the area whenever we're in the country although the sad thing is quite a number have passed away.
Sa BF kami lumaki! Nag elementary and high school kami sa school inside BF. Super nostalgic to see Atoy’s and the restos along Aguirre and siyempre ATC! 😊
It's across P. Tuazon-EDSA, corner Planas 1 or 2 (di ko maalala). Not sure kung nandun pa, pero they have the best home cooked meals at madaming kumakain at take out.
Pag i-convert, parang mura naman at $20, 3 silog meals with pop. And dinadayo namin Conti's kahit malayo. And Alabang Country Club. Traffic wasn't so bad back then. Kailan kaya? Thank you, Ina! For the longest time di ako umuuwi kasi traffic, mainit and I always say na there's so much of the world to see, yun muna gagawin ko and family ko na lang ang pumasyal dito. Pero watching this, nakaka-miss din ang Pinas. The good, the bad and ugly parts of it make it home.
That is why I don’t do the change there in the Philippines. Oo mag padala na lang kayo sa sarili and that is what I do every time I go back home. Sobrang baba ng exchange rate. I’m the one from downtown Toronto who always watch politiskoop. I am also back🇵🇭 for the holidays. Enjoy your stay .
Isa sa mga problema na alam naman nating lahat ay the lack of discipline nang mga drivers. Mapa jeep, taxi, tricycle, motorcycles, bus, trucks at even privately owned. Just my own opinion and observations.

And yes, same thoughts about local wages vs prices. Mabigat talaga sa bulsa if you are earning Php.
Sana Ms Inna, nagpadala ka from Canada to Manila remittance

@@CesarSalire-qg8wm yes tito cesar, pero for a limited time lang. 90 days i think?

Due to inflation po kaya ang quality, quantity and taste ng foods binabawasan na.
Yup

Hahaha
The food tastes far better in North America compared to the food they serve in the Philippines.
Meh. Fast food in NA sucks. They think quantity is Quality which is not the case
