Remarkably Bright Creatures was a 5-star for me. The octopus and the humans are wonderful. I loved it. When in Rome was my first romance read this year. 5-stars. It was so much fun.
I read The Life we Bury, about a college kid doing a paper for school and was given this man who is a convict, but is dying so was taken out of prison and put in this nursing home. He begins to tell his story to the college kid, which might show that the convict is innocent of his crime. Very good book.
OH MY GOODNESS!!! Remarkably Bright Creatures is one of my all time favorites!! Best book of 2023 for me! It's great on audio and you MUST at least listen to the very beginning of the audio to hear the voice of the octopus, Marcellus!!! Also Janice Howlett is amazing author! I have The Fury still on my shelf to read too! Find Me sounds amazing...I've never heard of it! Listen to Remarkably Bright Creatures first!!!
I work at the library so every time a new book comes across my desk, I check it out if I can. I got The Fury this week but haven’t started it. I tried to get Remarkably Bright Creatures but of course it had a hold and was being sent off to another library. 😂
Another amazing and wonderful video by a inspirational host love your Aussie family friend John ❤❤❤ prayers and thoughts to you and your husband and your families to
Hi Lindsey! First I have to say I am loving the wavy hair 😊 Okay. You can listen to Remarkably Bright Creatures - which is really the way to go - so you don’t have to avoid all your responsibilities for that 😁 So since you’re looking to avoid all your responsibilities I am voting for Find Me. Why does he want his estranged daughter to go along??? Very curious about that one! Also, I’m pretty sure you will still love The Life We Bury😁 I recently found 3 other books in the series at my library’s book to buy area. I got books, 3, 4 & 5 for $2!!! Then I got book 8 on my kindle for cheap and just ordered number 7 from Book Outlet. They have book 7 in TPB, and 7 & 8 in TPB and HB if you’re interested lol Happy reading!!! ❤️
So many of those are unread on my shelves! I bought the Life We Bury on your recommendation but it’s feeling forgotten-surely this is my sign to not ignore it this month!
I want to read When in Rome!! I just read my first Sarah Adams and couldn’t get enough! I wasn’t a fan of The Fury, but I’m in the minority on that one.
I’ve read Remarkably Bright Creatures and When in Rome. Loved them both!

You are so good to have a space on your shelf for those books. I pull mine and stack them at the end of my bed. I actually have two piles. 😄
Some freat books! But I HIGHLY suggest you listen to the audio for Remarkably Bright Creatures.

Well now I know what to do with one of the 12 audible credits I’ve been hoarding. Thanks!
I just started listening to it today and Marcellus just might be one of my favorite characters.
Yes!!! 😊
Hi Lindsey
I hope that you will enjoy the books that you will be reading.
They all sound good.
Take Care & Happy Reading
❤️🤗🔰❤️
I haven't read any of them, but I have a few of them on my own TBR. 😁🤦🏻♀️😁

I loved Mayluna such a good read!
Remarkably bright creatures needs to be read by audio. The narrator’s make it even better
I found it on Hoopla and started it today. Loving it so far.
Enjoyed.

I just started listening to it today and I'm already obsessed.

Will do!

This is absolutely your sign to read it.

I have a feeling I won't like it either. Maybe I'll just pass it on to someone else.
@@lindseyslittlelibrary4300 I've decided I'm not an Alex Michaelides reader. I didn't like The Maidens either, but really disliked The Fury the most.
Loved The Life We Bury 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Ignore your responsibilities! Have fun! 😁
Done!
Can I ask what bookclub it was on Facebook?
It's called We Be Book'n
In my opinion, The Mysterious Case of Alperton Angels is overrated.
Good to know.
