There is actually a Steampunk style for Minecolonies that pairs up really well with Create but you need A LOT OF COPPER for the buildings especially the Mines. The mod's name is Stylecolonies.
I think I actually have that style available as I have Stylecolonies installed. I'll check out the builds for it!
The fairytale style from stylecolonies has a lot of built-in create stuff too, but you can only use the style if you have quark, supplementaries, and the twilight forest mods in the pack as well!
Man, I knew minecraft mods could do some cool stuff, but I never realised that it could get this intense. It's been years since I last played the game, and coming across this series has been one of the highlights of my week. I'm so eager to watch where this goes.
Just as an FYI: the travelers backpack not only can be upgraded in a smithing table, but also has a sleeping bag. For the sleeping bag, all you need to do is put the backpack on the ground, open up the interface and a button with the sleeping bag will appear, clicking the button will pop the bag out and it doesn't set your spawn.

May consider adding Valkyrien skies 2 Clockwork to the modpack👀
I wouldn't recommend it for survival as clockwork is very buggy right now and has all kinds of crashes and world breaking bugs. Cool mods but not finished yet.🙂
Minecolnies is great, it is a really balanced way to automatically get resources. You should start by making 2-3 builders huts.
Finally someone use create: the factory must grow! Such an underrated mod (in my opinion)
💡 You just gave me an idea. I never thought of using multiple colonies for different industries.

I would suggest changing the Backpack mod out for the Sophisticated Backpacks mod instead.
There's also Sophisticated Storage, which ties in quite nicely with thr Storage Drawers, in my opinion.

Great video and the sophisticated backpack mod have much more inevntory and you can put upgrades to have a crafting table and liquid storage
I would recommend you use another backpack mod ,with the one you are using you may loose the backpack when you die

I can't wait for this series! When I saw the Medieval playthrough and you started the colony I was excited to watch it grow and now I'm glad we will have a series dedicated to the colonies!
This is great, minecolonies is such a cool mod, it is really a balanced way to have automated resource generation
